There’s a new voice announcing for Texas Tech football in the Jones AT&T Stadium, and you might recognize it.
On Saturday, local radio personality Casey Cowan made his debut as the new public announcer for Texas Tech football. A Littlefield native, Cowan takes over the microphone as Lubbock County Judge Curtis Parrish stepped down from the role after 24 years.

Others stated that Texas Tech Athletics did a good job in choosing Cowan to fill Parrish’s shoes.
