The chargesheet submitted to the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court includes transcripts of conversations between Anmol Bishnoi and shooter Vickykumar Gupta. Anmol allegedly instructed Gupta to fire in a manner that would intimidate Khan and suggested he smoke during the act to look fearless on CCTV.

According to the chargesheet, Anmol Bishnoi instructed Vickykumar Gupta to execute the shooting in a manner that would intimidate ‘Bhai’ (Salman Khan), even if it required more than a minute.
On April 14, Vickykumar Gupta and Sagar Pal fired multiple shots outside Salman Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. The arrested individuals include Gupta, Pal, Sonukumar Bishnoi, Mohd Rafiq Choudhary, Harpal Singh, and Anujkumar Thapan, who reportedly committed suicide in police custody. The remaining five are currently in judicial custody.
According to the chargesheet, Salman Khan expressed serious concern about the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In his statement to the Mumbai crime branch, Khan reported hearing a sound resembling firecrackers while asleep at Galaxy Apartments on April 14. His police bodyguard informed him around 4:55 am that two people on a motorbike had fired shots at the first-floor balcony. Khan emphasized that this incident represents a serious threat to him and his family and should not be taken lightly.
